Booking emails go out through Netlify + Resend (not Heroku). If this shows “not set up”, add the env vars from EMAIL_SETUP.md in the Netlify dashboard.
Business info
Used for password reset checks and as the reply-to on client emails.
Email templates
Edit the HTML emails clients and you receive. Insert fields like {{client.name}} — they fill in from business settings and each booking.
